2. Workshops – SDS utilizes an interactive, real time approach to facilitating group collaboration, brainstorming and action planning. Beginning with the kickoff and continuing throughout the workflow process, SDS conducts onsite and virtual workshop exercises to facilitate the process of gathering data, developing plans and validating actions.
3. Peer Review – SDS has developed a comprehensive method of Expert Peer Review that utilizes various subject matter experts throughout the SDS ecosystem. In each stage of work, the SDS team presents the materials for rigorous examination by these experts.
